The Food Truck Journey

In May 2023, we launched our food truck with the goal of bringing tasty and unique meals to our community. Our mission was to serve high-quality dishes and share our love for food with everyone. Being mobile allowed us to reach different neighborhoods and connect with various customers.

Building a Community

As the months went by, our food truck gained many loyal fans. We were thrilled by the support we received and the excitement our customers showed for our creative dishes. The lines grew longer, and we felt a strong sense of community as we served meals to people from all backgrounds.

A New Chapter: Our First Restaurant

In December 2023, we achieved a significant milestone by opening our first restaurant inside Rockford City Market. This step not only marked our growth but also showed our commitment to the community.

The Grand Opening: A Memorable Day

Our grand opening was a huge success. Many people came to enjoy the favorite dishes they had loved from our food truck, now in a cozy setting. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as guests savored the same delicious meals, now with the comfort of dining in.

Opening our restaurant is just the start. We are eager for the future and the chance to grow and connect more with our community. Serving both through our new restaurant and our food truck allows us to reach even more people and share our passion for good food. We hope to be a part of your lives for many years.

Two Locations for Your Convenience

• Restaurant: Open year-round, offering a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy our menu.

  Delivery is available through DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.

• Food Truck: Operating seasonally from spring to late November,

  bringing our flavors to different events and locations.
